Dear TI team,
I would like to ask, if there is any supporting documentation for a hazard analysis available for this component, as the ADC shall be used in safety related electrical component.
Furthermore, I used the reliability calculator to get the FIT rates of the ADC, but I am concerned that the provided FIT rates are not 'accurate', as I received 0.2 FIT (60 % conf.) for the ADS1259-Q1. The same value as for the OPA317-Q1. I expected a higher failure rate for the ADS1259-Q1 because of the higher complexity and assumed bigger die.
