ADS1292R: ECG RLD output connection to Neonate patient

Hi,

I wan to design ECG machine with respiration for Neonate patient.

For Neonate patient there are only three leads need to connect (RA,LA and LL) . I am planning to use ADS1292R IC , But ADS1292 having RLD output required to connect to RL of patient ,

In Neonate patient 3 lead ECG cable there are only RA,LA and LL leads available , So can you please guide me how to connect and configure ADS1292 for neonate patient.
