I have a very simple End Point and Access Point setup, based on the 'Energy Harvest' TI test code from the eZ430-RF2500 evaluation setup.
So, everything works fine. The EP joins the network by contacting the AP, then the EP links to the AP etc etc. All as per the default SimpliciTI operation. Then I can Ping, Tx etc
Where it gets strange is if I stop the AP in IAR debugger and restart it. At this point, the EP is no longer linked to the AP (although the EP doesn't know this because my code doesn't have any kind of active or auto-link going on). However, Ping from EP to AP still works!!
The Ping in the EP is still using the old Link handle, but in theory this is no longer valid. When the AP starts up, it should have no Links in it's network table. So why does Ping work?
