BQ76940: Strange cell voltage readings

I am using a BQ76940 battery cell monitor and are experiencing some issues with ADC voltage readings of cells.

When cell X is being balanced, cell Y voltage increases by 10+ mV. In this instance X=12 and y=11.

This is apparent both at the cell and the ADC reading from the BQ76940.

I would expect the cell being balanced to dip is voltage slightly; but not an adjacent cell to increase in voltage.

I sourced a TI BQ76940EVM Development Board and the same voltage fluctuations occur to cells adjacent to a cell being balanced.

Is this a known issue?
