LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1: Provisioning in BLE Mesh

Hi ,

        I am a newbie to BLE Mesh Concepts and handling a project which is based on BLE Mesh. My doubt is based on provisioning process. I read about the process and understood that is process is a fundamental one which adds an unprovisioned node to the mesh network. 

1. Whether Provisioning process is handled by BLE stack or mesh stack? 

2. Once a node is provisioned to be a part of a mesh network , how the node is configured to "talk" to with other nodes.? In my case any provisioned node should be talking with a BLE device X . The provisioner here is a mobile app.
