CC256X Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool and FCC Certification

Hi,

I am designing a module that uses the CC2564 PVQFN package. Looking through the documentation on the TI website, I noticed that the CC256X Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool has functionality for doing FCC certification testing.

I am new to the process of FCC certification, and I haven't used this software yet.
So, I have a few questions:

1) Is this software used by Telecommunication Certification Bodies (TCB) for certifying Bluetooth Modules under FCC part 15?

2) Is the software intended for use by TCBs for certification?

3) How comprehensive is the software for conducting the tests required for FCC certification?
