I have designed a module based on TPA3112D1 EVM with a few modifications.
I am trying to turn it on without any speaker load attached.
Everything works fine when power supply voltage is slowly increased to 24V. The IC turns on as expected.
When the power supply is turned on instantly the IC doesn't turn on.
When SD pin is held low for a short period of time (e.g. 2 sec.) and the power supply is turned on instantly everything works as expected.
SD and FAULT pins are tight together and connected to PVCC via 100k resistor.
There is no 100k resistor between AVCC and pin 14 as recommended in the latest specification.
Do I have to add a SD control system which would held SD pin low during turn on to make it work?
Could it be caused by missing 100k resistor between AVCC and pin 14?
