CC1310: DIO usage limitations in sensor controller studio

I am trying to generate square waves in some DIOs and then measure capacity and resistance in some other DIOs using sensor controller studio,  I can generate the wave in some DIOs properly (like DIO1, DIO24, DIO25) but can not generate the waves as expected in some other DIOs (like DIO3, DIO4, DIO7) despite the fact that it is exactly the same code with just different IO maps, I was wondering if there are limitations regarding how to use DIOs (specially in sensor controller studio) and if so in which document I can find them.
