CCS/TMS320F28379D: Put the flash kernel code in flash and jumping to application

Hi everyone,

I modified a CAN_Boot code for f28379d. I want to put it in flash. How can I do that ? And how can I write the code which for jump to application ? 

Would you mind giving me some advices and sharing some documents about my questions please ?
