How to tackle BCI noise issue?

Dear Sir,

In our case , we use LM3431 for automotive lighting. After passed EMI test , we have to do BCI noise test right now.

but we have failed on DLY pin at 70~80MHz  during BCI test. the noise seems very big to cause LM3431 shutdown.

May I have your opinion to  tackle this problem, Thanks.
