CCS _ Time measure

I'm using the TMS320F28069 and I'm want to measure a Time between two break point.

I'm using Code Composer Studio  Version: 4.2.5.00005 and I know that this Compiler propse a Real Time Debug.

But I don't know how it works.
Could you please help me to solve this problem?
