TPS7B7701-Q1: TPS7B7701-Q1 Open Load Detected

Dear sir

As i read the datasheet of TI TPS7B7701-Q1,  i had a question as below:

Refer to the datasheet of  page13(Table 1. Fault Table);

If TPS7B7701-Q1 detected open load, the ERR pin is high level;  If the circuit  is normal ,the ERR pin is also high level.

Is it say, when the circuit is open load or normal, the signal from ERR pin to the  MCU I/O port are the same? 

If not,how can we discriminate ?
