CC2564: HCI commands inquiry and write scan enable - behaviour

Hi,

due to obsolescence topics, we try to replace a HCI-module with a blucore 4 (CSR) chipset by a TI CC2564 HCI module.

To compare and verify our used HCI commands (there are no vendor specific commands used) I have used your evaluation board and the TI-HCI test suite.

In general it looks fine, ACL data connection works.

But I see two differences, where I need some help:

1. The HCI inquiry command works fine direct after bootup of the module. E.g. after changing the scan enable parameter (HCI wirte scan enable command), the module will not give any inquiry result any more. To clear the scan enable, does not bring the inquiry function back to work. So far, I have only found  the power cycle to bring it back to work.

    It seems to be not possible to attach log files (html)?

   2. In general the write scan enable for page or inquiry does not work. The HCI command will be responded by a succeeded command complete, but the device is not visible to other bluetoot devices.

May be the ti chipset does need a other initialization than a bluecore 4 chipset (for that, currently after power ups,  there are no additional init steps needed).  Could you help us directly or can you reference some documents to find to answers for this behavior?
