Hi, I am using the LM20133 switcher and, unlike many of the other similar parts, the datasheet is quite sparing in its thermal parameters. Only theta ja is listed, unless I am being really dumb. Do you have values for the characterisation parameters (notably psi_jc) for this part? Many thanks.
