Hi all,
some time ago I have made an "Experimenter board" containing USB for MSP430F5510. Everything works fine.
Now I've made a module for a project with MSP430F5510 using the same wiring. Some things like protection diodes or capacitors on VBUS can differs but it shouldn't be a problem, I think. USB doesn't work on the new module. The issue is strange, because PC terminal program detects new port after connecting, but when I click "Connect" I have message "Port is not available". I thought maybe I soldered something wrong etc. but I've made the 2nd module and there is the same problem.
I use the schematic from MSP-EXP430F5529 Experimenter Board PCB Design Files (mentioned here: http://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/msp430/f/166/p/106658/390328.aspx#390328)- 27R resistors, 10pF capacitors, 1k4 resistor on PUR, 1N4148/LL4148 high-speed diodes for USB ESD protection.
The software is based on CDC example 1 from "USB Developers Package".
I fight with this from 2 weeks and I've exceeded all time limits what make me confused a lot :/
I will be grateful for help or any ideas what could be wrong.
Best regards,
Mikolaj
