Jumper Details for Bridgeless PFC Kit

Hi all,

        Can anyone help me to get the jumper details of High Voltage Bridgeless PFC Kit, because in the BLPFC_userguide doc no where they mentioned jumper description.

Kindly make me clear the following jumper details,

                               [main]j3,j4,j5,j6,j7

                               [m5] j4,j5(on board usb disable),j1,j3(boot config)
