Hi,
I used an FPGA to project a constant 24 bit data to the DLP. It works well with the green and blue color but not the red color.
I configured the DLP as follow:
Source selection= 0 (parallel bus)
Resolution= 7 (640x480)
Pixel data format= 2 (RGB888)
Led driver enable= 7 (enable all three colors)
Parallel bus parity control= 22 (my data valid signal active high, HSYNC and VSYN active high)
Video frame rate = 2465 (the pixel clock is 16MHz)
And the 24 bit RGB value data at the input port of the DLP are constant FFFFFF.
The results on the screen are like these:
- The white color is not actually white
- If i enable only red led (register no. 22= 1): the red color is shown but very blur
- If i enable only green led: it is perfect green
- If i enable only blue led: it is perfect blue
Could you give me a clue on this? Of course i tested that the DLP works just fine with all internal test pattern modes.
