Linux/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: USB fails afer hot-plug

Hi,

We're using processor-sdk-linux-03.03.00 - kernel 4.4, and we found that the USB function cannot get work after hot-plug action. Furthermore, it's a random issue.

We doubt that that it's a babble exception; however, it still failed after applying [2] patch.
