SVS_query

Hi,

 I am using msp430f5325,

 I want to Supervise & monitor supply voltage for power fail, our supply voltage (Dvcc) is typical 3.3vdc and minimum is 3.1,

I want to set threshold voltage is 2.63vdc considering the controller minimum supply voltage is 2.2vdc .so how can I set threshold ??  I do not understand the attached table ?? pl (Please visit the site to view this file)clarify.
