TINA/Spice/LM5022: LM5022 flyback with wide input voltage

Hi TI experts,

I created some simple design with LM5022- wide input voltage flyback converter, and tried to simulate it in TINA. The design should work from 20V to 500V DC but somehow the simulation does not work properly. Could you be so kind and check my design? Is there any mistake? The output voltage is not right regulated... for the small input voltages like 20..50V the output never reach the target voltage and for high voltage like 500V the output goes way over the target voltage.
