BQ24773: BQ24773 SYSTEM VOLTAGE

Hello TI Experts,

Now I am using BQ24773 for 4cells

when no battery connected,  external voltage is 24V,  system output voltage is only 6V (without load), But the datasheet said the  MinSystemVoltage is 9.216V ~

under this condition,I measure REGN 4.5V, acdet above 0.6V,

I disable the auto wakeup,the REGN still 4.5V~

when battery connected,it's normal ,REGN is 5.4V

Sorry that I have asked it in January,but still cann't solve it~
