Hi TI MSP430 support!
I'm evaluating MCUs for a project both requiring -55deg to +125deg temp.range, and low power.
In short: not much else to choose from than TI (MSP430 family) ;-)
MSP430F5438A-EP seems to fit nicely in, with both large RAM and Flash (relative to application requirements).
Price is also very low compared to other (older), comparable "-EP" parts with considerable smaller RAM/Flash configuration.
However, product availability/lifetime is an issue (>=25yrs is desirable, 15yrs a minimum), therefore:
- does TI have an estimated or guaranteed (minimum) lifetime of the product? (assuming purchases of small quantities, <1Ku/batch)
