DRA77P: emmc v5.x can I use ?

Hello everybody , 

please  I see in TRM  we declare   fully compliant   "MMC/eMMC   standard specification, v4.5  ". 

now  I can find in the market  v5.x :  can I use ?   any tradeoff / precaution to keep ?
