RF430FRL152HEVM: How to change tag id on the dev board + writing to FRAM

I have the RF430FRL152HEVM and am using the MSP-FET to connect to it.

What steps need to be taken to do the following:

1) Change the 'tag id' to something arbitrary - for testing purposes

2) Write to a specific block on the FRAM
