REF3140: JEDEC Packaging information

Part Number:REF3140

The datasheet of REF3140 (sbvs046d.pdf) shows a note in the package outline page (pg 25) recommending to "Reference JEDEC registration TO-236". The JEDEC specification however shows two options: AA and AB. Which one applies to the part?
