LAUNCHCC3220MODASF: Difference between CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL and LAUNCHCC3220MODASF

While searching for the the integrated Wi-Fi Development board, I selected the CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL. However, this LAUNCHCC3220MODASF has confused me.

1. How are these two boards different?
2. What is the additional chip with on-board antenna on the LAUNCHCC3220MODASF board?
3. Do I need any additional hardware for Wi-Fi communication on the CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL development kit?
