TMS320C6742: IWR1642/DSPC674X: FFT bit true reference C code for DSP_fft32x32 or other FFT?

what i need is to compare the TI embeded code with PC model, bit by bit. 
So i need a bit true C verison which could be implement by ANSI C IDE, (like VS2015). This may help my project a lot.
