Part Number:AMC1306M25
Hello.
I'm going to build very accurate 3-phase power analyzer with isolated voltage & current inputs,
error less than 0.03%, fundamental frequency 45-65Hz, freq. pass bandwidth about 45-7000Hz.
I want every 6 samples of 3 input voltages & 3 currents to be taken exactly simultaneously, no phase errors between them.
I'm going to apply AMC1306M25 ic's, which have isolated analog input.
1. Is it possible - when using more than one AMC1306M - the synchronization of their modulators?
I mean: using 6 AMC1306M + 6 digital filters + 6 decimators can I obtain six 16-bit values (every sampling period,
e.g. sample rate=78,1kSps) taken simultaneously from 6 analog input signals, as it is possible with track-hold and
SAR-ADC's?
2. Do AMC1306M ic's introduce any additional small phase error between analog input and output bitstream, which will cause
the change of the phase angle between voltage and current thus introducing additional error into power measurement.
If this phase error is stable, there is a chance to compensate it and thus reducing phase error of power measurement.
Please, help me.
