BQ51051B: IC reliability information for BQ51051B, BQ24078

Hello,

   We're working on designs that use the BQ51051B and BQ24078 chargers. Client is worried about a fault in the charger IC causing thermal runaway in the battery. What safeguards are there in the IC that the output switch will not latch on, causing an over-temperature event?
