Linux/DRA726: SDIO issue

Part Number:DRA726

Tool/software: Linux

I have been trying to figure out why the bluetooth range on our u-blox device device is very bad, less than 5 feet for TX.

I have been working with u-blox to solve the issue. The engineer mentioned an issue which might be a cause.

"We have noticed, that TI needs some dedicated attention for the SDIO host controller on various MCUs. We observed that the TI host controller for the OMAP MCU was configuring the controller in polling mode."

I checked on my board and he's right, it is using polling. How do I switch from polling to interrupt driven?

root@actia-global-display:~#  cat /sys/kernel/debug/mmc2/regs
mmc2:
sdio irq mode   polling
