CC2640R2F-Q1: CC26xx Wake-up(Start-up) time,

Hi,

The datasheet mentions about "Wake-up Time to CPU Active" from RESET PIN Held as "1015us".
We assume this is CC26xx's start-up time from reset.

Just to confirm,
does this time "1015us" include external Crystal Oscillator start-up time?
(As per the datasheet for 24MHz crystal the start-up time is 150us)
