CCS/AWR1642: ROV could not be used in CCS 7.3

Hi Sir,

I am using mmwDemo in mmwave_sdk_01_01_00_02 and  want to be able to configure the board with default configuration settings(need not to reconfigure it every time i power up the board). 

AWR1642 crashed on MSS write message to DSS which call Mailbox_write(), and I want to enable DebugP_log0, DebugP_log1, DebugP_log2 in function Mailbox_write()  

6. 3. Enable DebugP logs @mmwave_sdk_user_guide.pdf describe debug log observed using ROV in CCS.
